Elections for Vice President and Secretary of the 325th AIR Association will take place during our Meet and Greet at the Hall of Heroes Conference Room Wednesday, May 21, 1230-1400.

The 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment Association will hold elections for the Board of Directors during All American Week 2025 at Fort Bragg. This is a great opportunity for members of the association to have their voices heard and vote for the future leadership of the organization. The positions up for election this year are Vice President and Secretary.
The Vice President assists the President in all duties, presides over meetings in the President's absence, and coordinates with committee chairs. The Vice President helps develop strategic plans and works closely with the President to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and objectives. The Vice President also represents the association when called upon and provides additional leadership and direction to the Board.
The Secretary is vital position on the Board of Directors. The Secretary is responsible for maintaining official records and meeting minutes, managing membership communications, and coordinating with the Treasurer on membership status. The Secretary ensures that all administrative functions of the association run smoothly, handles correspondence, maintains membership rolls, and plays an essential role in keeping members informed and engaged.
These two positions are essential to the smooth and effective operation of the 325th AIR Association. The Vice President and Secretary work closely with the President, Treasurer, and other members of the Board to ensure that the association is meeting the needs of its members and advancing its mission. The upcoming elections provide an opportunity for members to choose the individuals who will lead the organization in the coming years.
Prosperity of the Association
For our Association to prosper, it's crucial that we align the skills of candidates with the needs of the Board and the Association. Namely, the skills described above for the Vice President and Secretary.
However, there are many skills that would be beneficial to our organization that do not require a position on the Board of Directors. These other skills could place you on a project-based committee. For example, we are planning a fundraiser and it would be beneficial to have someone with experience in marketing, social media, fundraiser planning, corporate relationships for donations, etc. If you are interested in being involved in the growth of the Regiment Association, please send us an email.
Responsibilities of Board Membership
As a board member of our Association, you will have a significant responsibility to maintain and develop the Association. Your contributions will help strengthen our relationships with active-duty and veteran members while enhancing the lives of our cherished paratroopers.
